Product Specification

Our FETA is produced according to P.D.O specifications:

  • pasteurised Greek sheep's and goat's (max30%) milk
  • minimum 43% fat in dry matter
  • maximum 56% humidity
  • No pressing during production process
  • Minimum 60 days of maturation.

Our Raw sheep & Goat milk for the production of Greek FETA at Pilion Dairy is being collected from farms in the central of Greece (Thessaly) the region Pilion and SHM are also located. Well selected farmers which are certified and regularly controlled from the Hellenic Milk Organization and by the Veterinary department are cooperating with our company for years.
